WinExpress is one of the very first BBS programs for Microsoft Windows,
and frankly we think it's the best we've seen yet. We hope you will too!
NOTE: WinExpress will work with Windows 3.0 or 3.1.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
On your diskette their is a file called NEW.TXT. Please read this
file to see what new changes were made from 1.4 to 1.5. It contains
important information concerning the bbs.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
WinExpress Ver 1.5 is a very basic BBS system for Windows, which,
given adequate shareware support, will continue to grow into a handsomely
featured package that will include many new (and some rewritten) commands
and features for the convenience and enjoyment of Sysops and users alike.
Feedback is always welcome; many suggestions from users and visiting
sysops have already been implemented or will be included in future
upgrades.
This documentation file is provided in both the registered and demo
versions of WinExpress. The demo version of this program is fully-featured,
with two important exceptions: Users have a maximum of 15 minutes online,
and you can create only 2 message bases.

INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOSS OF BUSINESS
PROFITS OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
What is Shareware?
Shareware is low-cost software that you can "try before you buy".
This lets you download and evaluate software without any financial
obligation. When you deciede to use the shareware program, you are
expected to pay the author a registration fee (typically ranging
from $5.00-$100). Once you've paid, many authors provide you with
manuals, updates, new versions and fixes. Shareware is based on the
honor system. Conscientious payment of registration fees encourages
authors to produce new shareware and helps ensure the continued
availability of this valuable service.

BBS directory if you are going to use file transfers. These programs are
optional.

directory. This program is also optional.

Here is the modifications made. These can be restored by using
the uninstall program in the bbs directory. This will delete
the bbs as well as restoring your ini files as they were before

About INFO-SERVE
We welcome any questions, comments and suggestions -- you can reach us at
the numbers listed above, by Fax or Modem. Outside of the Montreal (514)
calling area, we suggest that you do not contact us by telephone; you will
most likely get an answering machine, and at this time we are unable to
return long distance calls. Suggestions implemented into the BBS will be
mentioned in future upgrade .DOC files along with the sender's name wherever
possible. As a customer, we value your support, and pride ourselves on giving
you the absolute best service we can. When you run into a problem or a
question, we'll be there!
At this time, we would like to send a special Thank You to Brian Gay for his
many helpful suggestions and feedback.
INFO-SERVE REG'D is a small family venture, doing our best, as most,
in these difficult economic times. Should you decide to register this program,
We trust that you will support us by adhering to the ethics of the shareware
concept.
Thank you!
